Ingredients:
- Bread slices
- Paneer (Indian cottage cheese)
- Onion (finely chopped)
- Capsicum (finely chopped)
- Green chilies (finely chopped, optional)
- Ginger-garlic paste
- Spices (such as turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala)
- Salt to taste
- Oil or ghee for cooking
- Coriander leaves (for garnishing)
Instructions:
- Crumble or grate the paneer and keep it aside.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
- Add finely chopped capsicum and sauté for a couple of minutes until they are slightly cooked but still have a crunch.

- Add the crumbled or grated paneer to the mixture. Mix everything together and cook for a few more minutes. You can also add chopped coriander leaves at this stage.
- Take a slice of bread, trim the edges, and roll it out slightly using a rolling pin to flatten it.
- Place a spoonful of the paneer mixture onto one end of the bread slice.
- Roll the bread over the paneer mixture, tucking in the sides to form a roll.
- Heat a skillet or tawa with a little oil or ghee.
- Place the bread rolls on the skillet, seam side down. Cook until they are golden brown and crisp on all sides.
- Serve the bread paneer rolls hot with ketchup or chutney.
