Bhutta Recipe

 Ingredients:

  • Fresh corn on the cob (husks removed)
  • Butter or ghee (clarified butter)
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder (optional)
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions:

  1. Preheat a grill or stove gas flame.
  2. Carefully skewer the corn cob with a long skewer or a stick.
  3. Brush the corn with melted butter or ghee, making sure to coat it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle salt and red chili powder (if using) over the corn for added flavor.
  5. Place the corn on the grill or hold it over the gas flame, rotating it occasionally to ensure even roasting. The corn should develop charred spots and a slightly roasted aroma.
  6. Once the corn is evenly roasted and slightly charred, remove it from the heat.
  7. Serve the roasted corn hot, optionally squeezing fresh lemon juice over it for extra tanginess.
